But before all this… I was a woman who had lost herself in the noise and the "shoulds".

 

For years, I tried to follow the rules.

I chased success, checked the boxes, and wore the mask of the “put-together woman.”

But underneath it all, I was disconnected — from my body, my truth, and my own voice.

 

Sobriety was my wake-up call.

Not just from substances  but from numbing, over-performing, and living a life that didn’t feel like mine.

 

It cracked me open.

It was messy, raw, real.

But in the unraveling, I found the woman I had buried beneath survival patterns, perfectionism, and self-doubt.

 

The version of me that’s free, emotional, intuitive, and wildly alive.

The woman who no longer waits for permission to take up space.

The one who trusts herself deeply.

 

And now, I hold sacred space for other women on this journey.

Through EFT tapping, nervous system healing, adventure-based expansion trips, and in-person Women's circles in Santa Barbara, I guide women back home to their truth.
